BEHAVIOR SERVICES
Highly-trained professionals assess our supported persons through observation and interactions to complete a detailed behavior services assessment report (BSAR). An individualized behavior support plan is developed to contribute to higher quality of life for individuals in their home and community.
SUPPORTED LIVING
Coordinating with circle of support to enhance successful and long-term community living regarding housing, daily activities, protecting supported persons from abuse and/or neglect.
TRANSPORTATION
Our direct support professionals undergo background checks and are appropriately licensed and insured to provide safe and dependable transportation so supported persons can attend appointments and activities in the community.
PERSONAL ASSISTANCE
Direct assistance with activities of daily living and household chores such as bathing, eating, dressing, meal preparation, budget management, administering medication, and skill building.
COMMUNITY-BASED DAY SERVICES
Allows supported persons to participate in meaningful and productive activities integrated with others in their environment such as job exploration, volunteer work, educational activities, and exercise.
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
Offers supported persons assistance with obtaining and maintaining employment in a competitive job market, and provides supported person with individualized planning and action based on job skills and duties to sustain employment.
