Company History

MCK is an agency that is committed to providing support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities such as Intellectual Disability and Autism. MCK stands for Making Care Key which focuses on keeping our supported persons safe, learning, coping and communicating. MCK’s approach is based on using ABA principles, person-centered practices and collaborative teams to improve the quality of life of individuals served.

MCK and its administration are committed to providing comprehensive, quality services for the supported persons residing in their supportive living homes.

Residential supports in their own homes, with support staff providing assistance with daily activities, medications, and money management.

Supports providing individuals with ability to participate in activities of interest such as museums, parks, sporting events and dances.

Highly-trained professionals assess our supported persons through observation and interactions to complete a detailed behavior services assessment report (BSAR).  An individualized behavior support plan is developed to contribute to higher quality of life for individuals in their home and community.

Our direct support professionals undergo background checks and are appropriately licensed and insured to provide safe and dependable transportation so supported persons can attend appointments and activities in the community.

Respite referrals when needed.

Providing assistance with locating employment and having supports to teach skills and meet employment goals.

Maurice Butler MS LBA, BCBA is a licensed behavior analyst who has over 25 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and is comfortable working with and supporting those with behavior challenges.
